After some tweaking and with some excellent cooling this is the best I could do :-)

4400MHz stable
and currently testing 4500MHz

that is actually really good clock speed for that cpu, my E8500 needs 1.5v for 4.5ghz, but has done 5GHZ on 1.7v after you get so high these wolfies need higher voltage jumps to.
