Over the last month I bought H220x from NCIX to cool my 5820k. I achieved stable overclock at 4.3ghz @ 1.22v, with load temperature around 65c, peaking 74C on one core.

The first few days, i noticed my idle temperature was around 25-32C, I consider that is normal because my ambient is about 23-25C.
However, until last week, I noticed a big jump in idle temperature to 40C+, now it's averaging 42C, sometimes hits 48C, lowest is like 39C. Nothing has changed. I reapplied thermal paste and resit the waterblock at least 5 times now. I use AS5, now Antec Nano 7 for thermal paste. Funny thing is when I run stock speed, it still idles around 40C ish.

I have a feeling something went wrong with this h220x unit, the tubes are hot when stressed, reservoir is sort of cloudy, the pump runs to 2900ish RPM when loading. I don't hear strange noice.

Can someone help me?

My system is:
i7-5820k (OC: 4.3ghz @ 1.22v, uncore 4.0ghz @ 1.2v)
Asus x99 Saberbooth
Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 850w
H220x
Gskill 64gb Ram ddr4 2400mhz

Just a quick update, I re sit the cpu and h220x block, squeeze a lot in the middle of the cpu. Now real temp shows I am idling 35-38C, performing realbench for straight 8 hours raise core temp to about 60-65C, with one core peaking 71C.

Should I be happy about these numbers? I don't know how I had the idle temp 25-32c before.

I would be happy with those numbers. I do think your idle temp is a little high but since 8 hours of stress testing never raised temp above 75C. I wouldn't worry about it. You could add another 140mm radiator to your loop and it might help but not really sure.
