This cpu will automatically be set through the motherboard at 5GHz in turbo mode. Every cpu is different and there is about a 5% chance of getting a golden chip that will allow you to overclock quite a bit on very low voltage. You just have to find the sweet spot. It really is the luck of the draw. What I would do is get some faster ram. 2133 seems to run really well with 9590's. I am assuming you are using a H220x or 240x for your cooling? Looks like it is going to be a nice setup.

What did you end up getting OP? 4.9 GHz or so? 5 GHz on all 8 cores seems to require more cooling than even the H220X can do stock. Maybe if you replaced the fans with some very high RPM ones. :?:
