Are these temps normal for H-240x and a 4790k at stock speeds?

I ahve remounted the cooler several times now and the pump speed is automatic.
I see users overclocking the snot out of cpu with this cooler and have lower temps.

Those look a degree or two on the high side, but we've experienced that these chips can vary quite a bit in terms of their ability to dissipate heat. It's possible that you simply have a bad mount, or that your processor just doesn't dissipate heat as well as some of the others. It's hard to tell from just a single screenshot and not being able to see how the kit is installed and mounted to the CPU.

Regards,
