i have send you guys an Email, nearly a Week ago and there doesnt seem to be any response from you guys regarding my issues (i send it to help@swiftech.com)

Join the crowd, me neither. Not many responses going on here at the forums either from what I can see. I know it's been a while since you posted and I hope your problem has been resolved. My RMA shipment is being returned to me as being undeliverable as addressed and now I don't know what to do next. I should have it back in my hands in about an hour. Swiftech customer service doesn't exactly inspire confidence now, does it?

I have talked with Gabe from Swiftech and he sorted my matter out, the thing is you have to contact them directly through theyre support number.
They are very fast, if you just call them.

I have also tried to send multiple emails, I called the support number just now and there was a recording that sounded like a cassette player with bad batteries that hung up on me after about 5 seconds.

You have to just sit and wait on the phone until you finally get the RMA department. That's what finally worked for me. All along I was actually talking to their Accounting Dept.

I did manage to get some emails after emailing everyone on the contact us page. Apparently their tech support area has a lot of turnover (and might even be just one or two people).

I was assured that my replacement PWM splitter would be on the way. I'll be sure to update when I receive it.
