I have the MCW6500-T and It keeps my FX55 at a cool 7 degrees C. I noticed a little while ago while changing out a hard drive that the block was leaking. At first I thought it was the block, but after closer inspection it was just condensation. I have the CPU well gaurded with thermal grease, but there is still a void on the waterblock side of the TEC. I was going to put TG there, but felt that it might mix with the Thermal compound during installation. Has anyone filled this gap? If so, did you do it before or after its installation on the CPU, and how??

does your MCW6500-T have insulation gaskets?
We advise users to fill w/ dielectric grease all holes/gaps.

Yes. I also put it on the angled sides of the TEC cold plate. My question was, what do you use to place the DG? Also do you try to put more in after the unit is in place? If so what are you using? I have a syringe, but is too big to fit at the angle required for adding more grease.
