Is it possible to hook this TEC cooler on my PSU? I have a thermaltake 1200w Psu

Location: Valdosta, Ga.
I have an Enermax Galaxy 1000 and it is powering an 8800 GTX, two raptors, a WD 500GB HDD, X-Fi, TV Card, 14 120mm fans (two external dual 120mm rads with 4 fans each in "push=pull"), 3 GB ram, OCZ ram cooler, 2 DL DVD Burners, 52-in-1 card reader, an MCP655 water pump AND I have my 6500-T (LGA 775) hook up directly to it.
