I'm doing an Abit BP6 build in which I plan on watercooling, and I've got a lead on a pair of MCW5000-PXes (meant for early P4 Xeons). I'm wondering whether they can be converted to Socket 370/Socket A-style clip-on mounting (to be equivalent to the MCW5000-A), and if so, whether the clips to do that conversion can still be ordered.

Thanks,
Eric

OK, I've determined that the retention mechanism can be changed through documentation I've found elsewhere.

Can the Socket A retention mechanism still be ordered?
