 Post subject: New H320 X2 Pump Not Moving

I put together a new computer. First time to try a Swiftech product.

Everything was put together nicely. Powered up no problem.

I watched the computer temp climb at first start up 50...60...84 in like 10 minutes. The pump was not moving. The reservoir is cold. All the fans are spinning. I tried putting the power line to the pump at other supply points. No movement.

Is this an easy fix or did i get a bad water pump.

NewEgg told me to contact Swiftech. When you call the number it sounds like a Robot then it just hangs up. I emailed tech support with no reply.

What am I supposed to do now? Brand new unit?

Damn man, having the same problem, I don't know if yours has been fixed yet, but I just sorta tap my H320 X2's pump to get it working again lol, I emailed them too and nothing still has happened
