I have an old radiator+reservoir that I want to refurbish and reuse but the plastic fill cap plug (the one with the slot on top) needs to be replaced. The radiator was originally bundled with the old H20-120 kit from around 2008 or so and I don't think the cap/plug is a G1/4 type--though I could be mistaken. I just wanted to know what I could use to replace this piece as the rest of the unit is in pretty good shape for its age and doesn't leak. Also, the paint has started to chip off of the fixed inlet/outlet barbs and I wanted to know what sort of paint I could use to touch those up.

Thanks in advance for any information.
